The first Mabrúka event kicked off at Sumac restaurant on Monday, March 7th, 2022. Restaurants like Héðinn Kitchen and Bar, Matarkjallarinn, Kjötkompaní, and Sumac showcased dishes made with Mabrúka spices. Guests enjoyed a variety of flavorful foods and drinks, including cocktails from Jungle Bar and Sumac and desserts from Sandholt Bakery.
