Our lemon pepper blend, harvested in Northern Tunisia along the Mediterranean Sea, is a beloved favorite among our offerings. This warm and tangy blend is perfectly suited for enhancing the flavors of seafood, potatoes, and soups. Composed of 40% black pepper, 30% lemon zest, and 30% natural, unprocessed salt, it offers a delightful balance of flavors. The lemon zest in this seasoning undergoes a meticulous drying process under the Mediterranean sun at temperatures ranging from 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. It's essential to closely monitor the drying process to ensure the rind reaches the perfect level of dryness. Managed personally by Mamma Mabrouka herself, every batch is carefully watched to ensure consistency and optimal flavor. The salt featured in our blend is sourced from the ancient salt lakes of Western Tunisia, which boast a rich array of trace minerals and elements. Our black pepper is freshly ground just before packing, ensuring maximum flavor and freshness with every use.
